Teamsite and CH upgrade

We have currently TS 6.5 SP2 on unix and CH 2.0, OD 6.0.0.2. After the EOL schedule announcement of OD and CH, we are planning for an upgrade. As said in the EOL announcement from Interwoven, upgrade cant be done alone for OD, it should as well be done for CH also. Are there any pointers for this that anyone can share? Are there any other upgrade documents available in the Interwoven support?
