error message when adding content into TeamSite

Hello all,
I'm having a bit of a problem and welcome all suggestions. When entering new content using TeamSite 4.5.1. I recently have run into an error when attempting to save. The error is attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the user you are logged in as have write permissions in the 'data' sub-directory?
