Tabs not showing up

HeMan10

Hi,

Recently I installed 6.5 SP2 on Solaris 9. In the latest version of FireFox(>2), in the place of tabs(content, workflow, administration) I see a cross mark. In IE works fine though. Contacted support and the answer was that Mozilla 1.4 is the only supported version. Can any one let me know how I should investigate/fix this issue? Has anybody seen it before?

Thanks,
-H

If the version is not supported then I do not think anybody will be able to help you much in this regard...

Ambuj, Thanks for your reply.

Any other ideas folks?

Thanks a lot,

Do you have a 6.7.1 server available ? I am running 6.7.1 (on DOS) with Mozilla 2.0.0.12 and the tabs work great.

This would at least tell you if it is a client issue (which you can fix if you can find it) or if it is a 6.5 issue, then you are SOL until you upgrade.

Hi,
I'm facing the same Tab issue with Mozilla[
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 Firefox/2.0.0.12] in Teamsite 6.5 SP 2.

But the same browser is working fine with Teamsite 6.5 SP3.

Regards,
Reghu.

I guess that means upgrade to SP3

Reghu & Nipper,

Thanks a lot. The tabs reappeared upon the installation of SP3.
