Does anyone know if a Primary Interop Assembly has been created for Worksite 8.2.

Nope - not to my knowledge. Any specific reason why you'd need PIAs?

The PIA's Interop.IPortable.dll, interop.imanage.dll, interop.imanadmin.dll and mobilemode.dll are distributed with the SDK. I believe they've been included since 8.1...if not, definitely in 8.2. There are, however, no PIA's for the extension libraries or the integration modules.
