Writeable Workarea

Hi All,

While trying to edit a file in a workarea, i am getting an error that reads "Not a writeable Workarea: 'path to workarea' " . Only when i log in as a master, i face no such error and can successfully edit any page in the workarea. What am i missing?

Check the pernissions on your workarea? see it both from the UI and the Windows point of view. Is it a problem only for you or any other user?

only with master login, i am able to edit the files or i am able to create form entry. all other type of logins are not able to do these things.
can anyone guide me towards the right direction.

If this is TS-6.7.x Make sure that the User/Role that you are logged in as has access to that WA .
Checkout the WA "Properties" and set the appropriate "Permissions" as Master/Admin Role from CC Professional UI .
