Livesite error while deploying default site

Hi,

I am using Livesite 3.0.2. I am trying to deploy default.site to the development server. I am getting the following error.

Caught RuntimeException while executing deployment, message: null

I checked the servletd_out.log file, i found the below errors.

WARN com.interwoven.ui.datacapture.core.dcxp.DTDNodeOrderingStrategy (POLARIS\kamal.ig) - Error reading DTD http://localhost/iw-cc/datacapture6.0.dtd. Message: http://localhost/iw-cc/datacapture6.0.dtd

ERROR com.interwoven.livesite.deployment.impl.BaseDeploymentService - deployFiles: received failure result for deployment: SiteMetadata, failOnError is true; no other deployments will be executed.
ERROR com.interwoven.livesite.deployment.impl.BaseDeploymentService - deployFiles: serviceResponseMessage: Caught RuntimeException while executing deployment, message: null
ERROR com.interwoven.livesite.workflow.web.task.DeploymentWebTask - deployFiles: found one or more errors while processing target nodeset: [development]

Can any one help resolving this issue.

your defaultsite seems to be fine . I guess there is some problem in the deployment scripts.

I have used the default publish Livesite content workflow. Do i need to chage any deployment configurations. Can you please post me the changes to be done if any one is aware of.

Hi,

I am getting the same error too, and the od.log says it is because there is no DD enabled:

ENG: 2008-10-14 16:29:25 PDT GMT-07:00 ***ERROR - DD license required to run deployment

Will try to get DD installed for this and see if the same error comes up.

After updating the od license file, I am able to move further. I don't get that error anymore, but still getting a connection string error.
