Thanks for the suggestions, but I am still not able to get visual format to install. After reading the first posting, I verified that I did have the file "ewebeditpro5.ocx" located under the program files/interwoven/visualformat directory. My first thought was that maybe my computer thought it was still using the older version. I then went through the process of removing the application, physically deleting the interwoven directory, rebooting, and then re-installing visual format. I then tried it again, and it is still saying that I need to install the application. I also tried another reboot and I still get the same error. I think my next move is to contact Interwoven support, but I am still open for any suggestions.Thanks
