Had no luck searching documentation and with support. Just want the ability to send new users something besides the information that comes in the administrative package that will cover Windows, MAC and Web Client usage.Thanks in advance for any hints!!

As per the interwoven mediabin implementation procedure ( Even the Quick Start implementation )
The consultants should provide thee documents apart from the Arch.( I usually follow that)
