JRE Problem with Import utility applet

hi.

Any body having problem with file import utility applet , It freezes when i import files into teamsite from my desktop,It has problem if u have a JRE 1.4.0 installed in ur system , any body has a idea on how to have a JRE 1.4.0 installed and also make the applet work fine

What version of TeamSite are you using?

For 5.0, you'll need the very latest, 5.0.2_SP1

For 5.5, you'll need 5.5.2 or newer.

Another alternative is to turn off the plug-in in
your browser (Tools->Internet Options in IE)
when you need to import or use Launchpad.

Hi Jason,

I have similar problem, when i try to import files, I get the following error:

'Error Found connecting to 'http://teamsitein-prd.al.sw.ericsson.se/iw-cc/launchpad/import_check_for_overwrite'

Please let me know if you have any solution.

Please check your JRE version.If you have 1.3.1 uninstall and install newer version
