Teamsite 6.7.1 Installation User Authentication Error

Hi,

I have installed Teamsite 6.7.1 in Windows Server 2003. After Installation if i try to login via GUI it is throwing error.

ERROR:02422: No such TeamSite user

I have used Currently Logged in OS username and password(OS Admin) to login Teamsite.

I have placed part of iwtrace.log below.

Can anyone let me know how to login first time after installation.

Edit IWHOME/conf/tsusers.xml and make sure that the user you are logged in with is listed there as a master user.
If you have to add the user manually via editing this file (be careful, the format / syntax is very important) then wait about 10 minutes after you've saved the file (so TS will refresh it's cached information) and then try running iwreset again, once you get past the error with iwreset, the rest of the process should work too.

All other users you should enter through the Administration tab in the TS GUI (as a Master user)

Apart from that if i issue iwreset command it is also throwing same error.

Then you either made the entry incorrectly, are not logged in as the user you entered, or something else is wrong and you should probably contact Support (or reinstall from scratch)
