.psd preview issue

Hello.
For the preview we have setup a grey background. But when we select a .psd file with transparent background, we see in the preview area a white background over the grey one.
How can we resolve the issue? This occurs only for the .psd files.

What version of MB? Do you have AGS installed?

I do not understand the first part, "we have set up a gray background". Does this mean you have a multilayer PSD with a background layer that is gray? The default behavior of Photoshop with a single layer transparent file is to flatten to a white background. If you have AGS installed there may be workarounds such as using the PSD Layer Replacer...
