link not working for group

I created 4 groups. I added these groups in a branch. 3 groups are working fine, but one group is not working. The link for the group in the "Add users as roles" is not working. Namws of all other groups appear in blue letters, while one group for which link is not working appears in black letters. Two groups are created on OS while two are created in TS.

For other groups, name appears directly e.g. city, town, corporation while one group gets server name before group name e.g. servername/Assistants.

Why is it so ? I tried to read thr PDF, but could not find answer.

I found the problem. Whatever groups are created on OS, cant have link whenn added to the branch. So I deleted from OS and created same group on TS and its working fine.

Question is , why is it like this ? When I create a group on OS, why cant I add it in a branch with all the properties and links working ?
