Not able to implement Controller example

I am using Livesite 3.0.2 Windows environment. I am trying to implement Livesite Controller example given in ls_300sp1_dev_v2 pdf. I found some classes RuntimeForwardAction, StopForwardAction and URLRedirectForwardAction are not present in Livesite jars.

Can anyone help me in implementing the example.
