moving iwstore to other directory

HI,
TS.6.7.1 Win2003 server.
We have installed teamsite6.7.1 in "C" which is of 20gb.
But since we have installed other products of teamsite on "C" drive itself..we are facing disk size problems. Thus now we have jst 1gb space left..which is less for iwmount...thus every now n than we have to delete logs to make space for creating new dcrs..and all other stuffs...
So is there any way that we point iwmount to "d" drive..which has around 10gb free space..thus reducing load on "c"..drive...
I know mount drive is actually virtual drive which infact takes space from c drive itself...i.e. where ur iwstore is...so i guess we will have to do sumthing like migrate the mount drive.....So ne pointers please....

On windows this could be tricky although I do see some instructions
for doing this on solaris here: Out of Disk Space on iw-store Partition (Solaris)

If you haven't done this already I'll suggest you first try changing the default paramters in iw.cfg for the time being as a quick fix.
[iwserver]
disklow_mbytes=1 # freeze server if diskspace falls below this number (in MB)
disklowpercent=1 # freeze server if diskspace falls below this pct

For Windows, i would not suggest doing so

Deactivate content store iwstoreadm -d store-path\default

copy entire content store to destination path.

add path of content store to iw.cfg

activate content store iwstoreadm -a default

After doing Rahul's procedure, see if the iw-mount in you registry is pointing to the correct drive letter.

Pls do backup your registry.There's an entry under
My Computer-->HLM-->SOFTWARE-->Interwoven-->6.x.0-->iw-store
Make sure its pointing to the correct store .

Our architecture group told us that we are at our limit for storage on the server and our only option is Network Attached Storage (NAS). Has anyone tried using that for the TS content store? I'm assuming that rahulindia's process would work for a NAS drive, too, right?

It should work, we did'nt used NAS but moved content store accross diffrent teamsite servers on windows.

NAS / SAN drives work just fine - but you need to make sure the account used to run the TS service can access (read/write) the NAS/SAN disk.
