Creating new Profile in LiveSite

Hi,
I am using LiveSite 3.0.2.I am facing "org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection" problem while creating Managing Developement Visitor Profile.
I have attached the error file for reference.Anyone help me to solve this problem.

from the sounds of it it's unabvle to connect to the DB. Check your database.properties file located in the livesite_customer_src toolkit make sure the configuration is correct.
