Email Impersonation Error

Hi All,

I'm trying to setup email tasks for users who do not have "logon locally" privileges, and to facilitate this I have added an entry to the ...\TeamSite\etc\iwutild.cfg file as follows:

Here I'm turning off impersonation, yet I still get impersonation errors. I tried resetting the server once I've made this change but still not luck. I'm running TS 6.7.1, and the error message generated is as follows:
