BLOB Deployments

Hi,
I am trying to deploy formatted xml to deploy dcr content to database, In which one of the field i am trying to deploy is of type BLOB. The example provided in DDadmin works out fine until i try to deploy blob content. where do I specify the data type in the below example so that I can deploy BLOB content?

getting the following error in the logs
DBD: Exception Message: ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected - got BLOB

Environment Details: OD 6.2.0, Database: Oracle 9i

It seems from your error that the Field you are deploying to may not be a BLOB. Also, we have experience many issues with deploying to a BLOB fiel varying by version of OD.

For example, we were not successful 3 months ago to deploy to a BLOB using OD 6.2 but 6.1.1. The issue was cuased by the jdbc drivers or so IW support stated.

If you read the documentation you will find the correct format for your DD scripts. Here is one example (not BLOB);
