Failed FindServerByName on OD receiver

Passenger

Hello people,

First timer here so plz be gentle ;o)

I am trying to setup a fresh install of TeamSite together with OpenDeploy. In time, I'll have to export content from an old TS-server to the new one, and I want to use OpenDeploy to export the content.

I've setup a very basic deploy script with all the needed parameters hard coded just to get this running. I've already succeeded to export the content to a 2nd still operational development server, but on the new one things go wrong.

I am exporting from a 6.0.2 OD-server to a 6.2.0 OD-server

The log on the OD sender says the following:
LIB: 2008-06-24 23:39:56 Receiver-ERROR: ERROR: prepare-failed.
LIB: 2008-06-24 23:39:56 ERROR: Failed to deploy local_directory[.] of area[Y:\default\main\admin\EDITION\ed_0047]
LIB: 2008-06-24 23:39:56 ERROR: Failed 1 of 1 local_directories

On the receiver side it says:
LIB: 2008-06-24 23:39:56 ERROR: Failed FindServerByName with TeamSite
LIB: 2008-06-24 23:39:56 ERROR: Could not parse TeamSite vPath[y:\default\main\admin\workarea\opendeploy]
LIB: 2008-06-24 23:39:56 ERROR: prepare-failed.
LIB: 2008-06-24 23:39:56 ERROR: Failed deploying local_directory[0] (Y:\default\main\admin\EDITION\ed_0047) to (y:\default\main\admin\workarea\opendeploy)
LIB: 2008-06-24 23:39:56 ERROR: Failed 1 of 1 local_directories

I am not new to TeamSite, Perl and CGI, but OpenDeploy is a pretty closed book for me. I've tried to setup odnodes and odbase as best as I could but still no progress.

Anybody out there who can push me a little bit into the right direction?

Thx in advance!

nakumar

What is your TS version and OD version?

If TS version is TS 65 or greater. In OD-HOME\deploy.cfg "uncomment" teamsite.version
