Error code 5?

I combined 2 win groups of users into one new workarea in a branch that has been working fine for years, lets call the workarea "x". Couple days of perfect usage, suddenly they are getting an error everytime they generate a templated page that reads, "An error occurred in utility daemon. Error code: 5. Please see details in iwtuild.log. Keep in mind they can edit the dcr and even preview fine, baffling.

There has was no changes made to any of the templates.

I check that log file and it is not logging current date events, odd thing is i can as a master go in the x workarea and generate pages just fine. There have been no changes to the

ideas? and yes i've opened up a case with iw but have not heard back from them yet.

Permissions, check to see if, when the user does a preview, if the zz_tst files are created in the preview folder.

Both (or more) of them ? There will be a manifest and then 1 or more HTML/ASP/JSP/whatever pages.

Rename one of the ones created by a non-master user and see if you can view it in by clicking on it.

Figured it out, had to add the ts group to every dir that template can generate to.
