Unable to start edit session in config.jsp after upgrading patch p3c in WSMP 5.0 SP1

Hi,
After upgrading worksitemp server from WSMP5.0 SP1 to WSMP5.0 SP1 P3 & web component from WSMP5.0 SP1 to WSMP5.0 sp1 P3c, we are unable to start edit session in config.jsp.whenever we are trying to start edit session
system is giving message as:
"A WorkSite MP resource is currently not available.
Please try again. If this problem persists, contact your support staff."

Make sure you are connecting to correct cluster on config.jsp.
If you can login I believe CMS is running correctly.
Double check every setting in config.jsp, possibly trusted login;
Double check every setting in Config Mgr, save, and restart services.
Go back and verify that anything you just changed has saved correctly.

I have had to set and save values multiple times to get a selection to stay.
