Changing the teamsite group access

Hi ,

Currently in my teamsite each branch is having different windows group permission.
e.g. If i am having 2 branches portal and portaladmin, for portal branch its "IW_Portal" window group and for portaladmin its "IW_Portaladmin" window group permission. So if i need to add user, i add them in both the groups.

Is their any other way in which i can make a common windows group and add an user in that group only?
