Workflow deployment error

Hi,

I am trying to deploy the content using workflow deployment script.
It is showing the deployment completed with errors. Because of which few files are getting deployed and few are failing.
In logs they are showing following logs:

Can anyone help me. Why it is showing "[reason src-is-newer] -- FAILED
" message in logs?

I am deploying the content from OD 6.0.0.0.0 to OD 6.0.0.2.0 version.

Can you check the files on the receiver ? Does OD have the permission to replace them ? On DOS I have seen the Read Only bit set and caused issues like this. Same couls happen on Unix if you are running OD in a non-root mode.
