Does a user need to be in a role to have access to a branch? yes, user needs to have a role on the branchWe currently utilize Active Directory groups for branch access and another group to restrict the workarea access. After migrating(iwusermigrate and iwaccessmigrate) the workareas look good but the branches get confusing. My assumption is I can go into CCpro and add groups to the users and role setting and then defining a role. -- thats right, you can assign roles to users\ groups by going into your branch properties and clicking on Users and RolesBy doing this it appears you lose the ability to click on the group from the ccpro window and see a description. -- Where are you doing this? What location is CCPro. AD groups, yes you can get limited information about them ... TS Groups , all information should be available.. Where are you trying this? What error message do you see?Does this appear to be the right track for branch access?
IF you go to the properties of the branch, users and rolesIn the Branch Users and Roles I see the AD group. But I cannot select it to see any information. Thanks for the information.
