Height & Width for an Asset in DCT

I am on TS6.7.1 and MediaBin 4.6.1. I am trying to make Height and Width as user paramenter from the DCT, i just wanted to make sure if following snippet works for the same.

Product Flash Path

Provide image for the Home Page. Browse and select.

Width
Provide image for the Home Page. Browse and select.

This above set up doesn't work at all, i do no see my image condense to the height, width specifications as defined in the fields and image doesn't shrink during import to Teamsite.

has any one tired this in their DCT to set the height and width parameters on the fly.

Seems like no one has implemented this, but it is mentioned in the manual that "Task" can also be specified as one of the Fields in DCT so that we can resize our Asset using the Task feature Directly.

Has anyone implemented this?

Hi Lilleywhite,

Can you attach the full DCT to give more context and syntax checking. The height and width options are only available when you specify the "format" option and choose jpeg or gif.

If you don't want jpeg or gif, you can define a retrieval task that takes height and width as parameters. In order to supply the parameters, you would need to use a presentation template with the tag (
