How to execute the Refresh Worksite View Command through your Code

We Know that Refresh is an Internal Worksite Command. Is there any way where we can use the Refresh Command. We also know any command object in filesite refreshes the worksite view after execution. Need to know how does it do that.

From where are you refereshing? For instance, are you refreshing the FileSite doc grid or treeview when executing your own command? Or something else? Give specific details and use case examples.

I have written a wrapper to move functionality and moving documents from one folder to another. The Context.Add("") things only refreshes the Source Folder. How to refresh the Target folder which is in a different tree.
