E-Mail mangled?

Has anyone seen where you send an e-mail to Workspace, using the Workspace address, the e-mail gets formatted funny? Specifically the apostrophes are replaced with unprintable characters, or something to that effect...looks mangled...I thought it might be the font or format of the e-mail but we are just talking Arial 10 point font.

Interestingly enough, if I just copy the e-mail to a folder, the message is ok.

Thoughts?

Resolution:
iManage recommends implementing a configuration on the Microsoft Exchange Server to ensure that all
e-mails sent to the WorkSite Communication Server domain are sent in RTF format. This overrides
individual Outlook users choice of the format in which to send the message and eliminates the possibility
for lost data.
