Invalid Workflow template due to Perl module subroutine issue.

Hi,
I am facing very strange problem while invoking workflow.
Error :
"Invalid Workflow template: Undefined subroutine &Common::validateUser".

But if I add that user in windows Administrators group, then that user don't get this error.
TS in installed on WIN2003 server which is TS6.5 SP2.
Please help!

Hi,
It seems this issue was due to access rights for user "everyone". I have granted full control to "everyone" user on IWHOME directory and user can access the workflow now.

You didn't actually close the thread - and from the previous posting it sounds like the issue was permissions on the iwhome/iw-perl/site/lib directory tree structure - where all TS users (perhaps "everyone") would need READ access (on Windows, or RX access on Unix)
