Sporadic Duplicate WorkFLow Jobs for ONE user in a group.

I have a user for which duplicate WorkFlow jobs are getting created when he attempts to deploy a file. Per the user he is not doing anything out of the ordinary. He says he:

1. Find file to push
2. Press Submit [Either set time deploy or not]
3. Press Start Job
4. [magic]
5. Two jobs are created

Each job has the same file(s) associated and uses the same WorkFlow.

His roles are identical to others in his group. Access is by group. He is the only one in his group that this is occurring for. This started after the server had a memory issue and the stores were disabled. We fixed the memory issue and brought the stores back up. This is when this behavior started.

Even more peculiar is that this is a sporadic event.

The jobs finish and the files deploy and the user simply just ends the duplicate job.

Any thoughts?

There could be multiple sources for the problem

a) Check if there is a probblem with the Client's desk top (Keyboard/mouse/other)

b) clear all cache and cookies on the client system.

c) Restart teamsite.
