Corrupt Database - GRC DB service won't start?
SEO
TeamSite 5.5.2
Win2000 Server
After a nightly reboot, the system failed to recover... The server was rebooted... Users had a few errors... Couldn't import files... Couldn't generate new pages... Couldn't publish files... No "Y: drive" on the server
We found that the GRC DB service wouldn't start, and the Sybase Database was corrupt... The backup of this file was also corrput... We copied across the version from the development server and rebooted the system...
But we still can't get the "Y: Drive" to appear...
TeamSite runs... users can open and edit templated files, but they still can't generate, or publish...
Any ideas of how we can fix this issue?
(Other than upgrade... 'coz that just ain't gonna happen...)

TS552 @ Win2k?
Both are out-of-support, isn't it?
In cases like this you'll need to check iwtrace.log (and any other relevant logs) for errors.
If you found any errors that you don't understand please post them here again.
Good luck.

The GRC DB is fixed and all services are running now...
I can't find any errors in the logs...
There is still the problem of the virtual Y:\ drive not appearing??? I used iwfsck.exe and the store itself is fine... It just won't appear as a Y:\ drive...
Any ideas?

Yeah, well this tends to happen sometimes. :-(
You might try one of these:
- wait some time and check again
- stop all ts services, wait a few minutes, start them again IN THE CORRECT ORDER!!!
- reboot your machine
If these don't help I won't know any other tips.
