How can we display an error to the user when dnrDeployment script is not present on the target location?

If the absence of the script causes the deployment to fail, then you may be able to trap the fact that the deployment failed, programmatically determine the name of the micro log file, parse the micro log file and retrieve some information about the failure that you might be able to present to the user - however, generally you don't really have any means of doing this easily.

Thanks Ghoti. I have already used that approach.
Here's what I am implementing :
---> Call a script from OD which will internally check on the Target that the Actual script is present or not, If present, then run that script and if not, then log that information in the customised log.
