datacapture.cfg

I have question about the datacapture.cfg and DTD.

Question is, in the second line after DOCTYPE, it shd be the name of root-element which in this case is data-capture-requirements. In this case it is datacapture. So is this code valid ? This code I have copied from an example and I am bit confused with it.

Pls answer.

Please learn to wrap XML code in [html]...[/html] tags so that they show up - and use Preview Post to ensure that it shows up correctly.

In this particular case (ancient TS version), Interwoven's use of XML and DTDs was handled programmatically by the system and (unless something has changed) not via a strict XML parsing system - so the fact that the root element name is not identical to what is specified in the DOCTYPE element is okay.

However, if you look at more recent versions of the FormsPublisher Developer's Guide - you'll see that along with the change to the DTD, they also now correctly specify the root element name in the DOCTYPE header - e.g.: page 30 of the 6.7.0 manual:[html]
