Question is, in the second line after DOCTYPE, it shd be the name of root-element which in this case is data-capture-requirements. In this case it is datacapture. So is this code valid ? This code I have copied from an example and I am bit confused with it.

Pls answer.

Yes, few. One of them is that s/he does not know how to post XML and does not bother to use "Post Preview"
