Outlook 2003 and FS 8.2
System
Hi,
Our user is currently using OL2003 with SP3.
When they tries to attached the documents from FileSite 8.2 a dialog box " program is trying to access your email address ..." comes up. They can just click "yes" to bypass such box to attach the files.
I would like to know how could we ignore such dialog box in the long run?
Many thanks~

Hi SamSong
As far as I know, this could be bypassed in prior versions of 8.2 modifying a registry key (I'm sure I have solved in 8.0 and 8.1), however and maybe I'm wrong it has been declared defect for version 8.2.
Please refer to tech-note 102006-1708, it says that is has been declared defect with id 43800.

Hi Samsong this is the tech-note
Issue/Symptom:
When sending a document as an NRL/URL, or inserting a WorkSite attachment into an email, users receive a pop-up message:
Outlook Error Message:
A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No".
This message occurs even if you set the "Outlook Message Header Fix" registry key listed in technote 62004-1079.
Status:
This has been reported to Interwoven R&D as Defect 43800.
Hope it helps
Javi
