Take Group Task from Email

Currently I am using iwsend_mail to email a submission to a list of users in the group task and I wish to add a link on the email that enables a user to take the task.

The problem is that the job id in iwsend_mail is for the current email task, how do I pass the job id of the next task, which is Review Task?

Job Ids are Job Ids - Task Ids are Task Ids - don't confuse Job Ids with Tasks.

iwsend_mail.ipl allows the passing of an argument (either through command line or task variable) to define the "next task" - as long as you pass something that defines the name of the next task, you can write code that takes that information retrieves the task object for that name, and then retrieve the ID for that task, which you can then put into a CCI URL for taking the task (though, if I recall correctly, the taketask URL doesn't actually take the task, but instead brings up the task details screen from which the user can again click on a link to take the task ownership)
