Installing LiveSite 3.0.2.0 - No OpenDeploy Detected Error

Hi,
I am trying to install LiveSite 3.0.2.0 on existing Teamsite environment . The installer is able to detect my Teamsite Environment ( iwserver: 6.7.1 Build 67998 Interwoven 20070828) and unable to Detect my OpenDeploy Base Server(Version 6.2.0.0.0 Build 68916 Interwoven 20071109).
I installed OpenDeploy Admin Server also and all Teamsite Services and OpenDeploy Services are running

C:\iw-home\OpenDeployNG\bin>iwodserverstatus
OpenDeploy server host: localhost, RMI registry port: 9173
OpenDeploy server is alive.
0 deployments are currently active.

2) I also configured odbase.xml for webservices, databasedeployments and did OD stop/start.

OS: windows 2003

LS 3.0.2 can be installed with OD 6.1.1 only. So uninstall OD 6.2. Install OD 6.1.1. Then install LS 3.0.2 and then upgrade OD to 6.2.

I installed "LiveSite 3.0.2.0" (Site Publisher) on
Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 1
TeamSite 6.7.1. Sp1
OpenDeploy 6.1.1 with patch 1816
During installtion I got some error messages. Below are the error messages.

Once installation completed, I did system restart . I am unable to login to TeamSite UI from then onwards. Login screen is not coming.
