zz_tst file cleanup best practices?

So i've read through the forums and see the issue of zz_tst files popping up from time to time, regarding preview errors etc.

I've never been clear on a few items,

• is it a best practice to delete the zz_tst_x_#_manifest files from the root?

• is it a best practice to delete the zz_tst_x_#_#_username_preview.asp files from the root?

• if so how often?

• results/implications of deleting those files?

If they are not causing trouble, leave them.

They will cycle (depending on the preview limit set in iw.cfg) so I will only have 10 of each if it is set to 10.
