On Edit within a DCT, if a user only modifies text within an Ektron Visual Format box IWDatacapture.isModified () returns false.

Is this the expected behavior?

Requirement: We have an onPreview event that needs to know if the DCT has been modified before it was clicked. Since the users can modify a VF box without tripping the isModified property, what is the best way to ensure a change isn't missed?

No, it should return TRUE. Also to confirm, please check the isModified value in case of a modification being done over any other item.
