Installed LiveSite 3.0.2.0 - Teamsite Login Screen is not coming up

Hi,
I installed "LiveSite 3.0.2.0" (Site Publisher) on
Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 1
TeamSite 6.7.1. Sp1
OpenDeploy 6.1.1 with patch 1816
During installtion I got some error messages. Below are the error messages.
Once installation completed, I did system restart . I am unable to login to TeamSite UI from then onwards. Login screen is not coming.

your installation looks incomplete some how your missing the jaxan.jar your best bet is to contact support.
