Error while Cloning a Document

Hi All,

I'm trying to clone a document through a custom iCommand which works fine in my environment but fails in client's environment. The errors they get are as follows:-

[DocumentContents][AddDocumentReference]Operation requested on a record that does not exit
[NRTDocument][Refile]No Record Found

I'm unable to reproduce this in my environment, hence the request for help. Please let me know if anyone encountered a similar problem in the past.

The error indicats that the document you're attempting to add to the folder does not exist in the database. Are you certain that the document and the folder are of the same database?
