Browser Tag Required attribute Doesn't work
raghuramvemuri
The required attribute with a value of "t" on the Browser Tag of a DCT doesn't seem to work.
<browser extns=".gif,.jpg" initial-dir="/docs" required="t" size="30"/>.
The DTD defines the attribute "required".
Is this a bug?
Is there a workaround?
Whats the deal?
Any insight would be helpful.
TIA,
Raghu

Do you get an error?
Are you sure the <browser> element has a size attribute?
Thanks

It would be helpful if you provided server OS and version, TS version, TST version, and client OS and version. Especially if you think that this is a bug -- we need that information for the bug report.

No I do not get any kind of error.
The DCT displays fine, and the Browser field just behaves as if the required="t" attribute was not there. Meaning that even if no data is entered in the <BROWSER> field, the DCR gets saved.
Yes the <BROWSER> tag has a size attribute defined in the DTD.
