when I want to configure workflow using templates, I configure .wft file and available_templates.cfg file. OpenDeploy is also cofigured in .wft file, then what is "wft_OpenDeploy.xml", "wft_OpenDeploy.ipl" and "wft_OpenDeploy.cfg" files for ?

Do you need them - no.
Can you use them to provide for deployment functionality in your WFT - yes.

Have you looked at these files?
Have you read any of the documentation in, or about, these files?

Try to do at least a little bit of the work on your own - you might surprise yourself and be able to answer the questions without anyone else's help.
