Failure during configuring TeamSite Front-Office Server

Hi,

I have installed the TeamSite 6.7.1 SP1. Then I installed the TeamSite Front Office Server and Client. Made subsequent changes in iwwa.cfg and then tried to configure the Front Office Server. I can also see the teamsite briefcase on the desktop.I got an error " Failed to get a workarea from the server due to the following error- A NULL session string is supplied ".

Please let me know how can I resolve this error

can you try restarting both the servers and connecting again?.I usually get this error when one server doesn't recognize other servers user session.
