review in workflow

an author captures data using DCT and submits it using workflow. This workflow has only review task. If reviewer approves it, it is submitted to staging. Now the question is, how will this task come back to the author, if reviewer rejects it because author is the one who submitted the task in workflow so is not him out of the workflow ? If this is the case, how can the workflow be rediretd to author ?

Normally I'd suggest reading the manuals - but I don't think you'll get this kind of information from simply reading those - so I recommend either taking a training course from Interwoven or hiring a consultant who knows how to do this and making sure you block time out for significant knowledge transfer (e.g.: 1:1 training session)
