Can we output XML using TPL'S

Hi all,
I believe that XML can generated based on DCR using TPL's, but how do we do that. any settings to do that???

There are a few choices. If you do not have a set XML form, you can use XML form templates and send them straight out. You can also write a TPL to generate XML. I do that all the time. There are also XSLT tags you can use if you so desire.

Can you attach a ex sample PT that is generating XML???. do we need to update templating.cfg entry to generate XML

Why don't you try one ? Have you ever written a TPL before ?

I do know what i posted is templating.cfg but my question was do i need to update the extension to xml to generate xml as output. I have written a tpl before

yes, change it to .xml to create an xml file, .js for javascript, etc
