Work Flow Modeler and Cusom Instantiation File

I have developed a work flow model using the new WFM visual tool and am working with a custom_instatiation.cfg file to make the work flow forms the way I wanted it to. I have created some global variables in the work flow root properties coinciding with some items in the cfg file. It all works, but now I want to create a custom container to make the form elements look nicer visually. I am not able to retain the values of those form elements now for use in the work flow.

1. Can I do this?
2. How do I reference the global variables. The CFG file is attached.

Unless there is hack to your requirement, you cannot do this. What you can try instead is to hide all your configurable variable fields.

Create a separate container as you want to, and have dummy items in this container. Using Form API, copy the values to the Hidden COnfigurable Variable fields..
