Perl file for OD

Hi
I am using OD on Windows OS. I need to call a Perl file in the <script cmd> section inside the tag. For UNIX OS, in the Perl file, a ".sh " file is being called which indicates shell script is being used. I am very new to Perl and Interwoven in general. It would be of great help if anyone could suggest me pointers where i can get information on Perl files for OpenDeploy on Windows OS. Kindly help....
