Hi,Does anyone know if its possible to use the command line to remove any workflow jobs with an age of >30 days?At the moment my support team have to do this manually and its a time consuming task which would make sense to automate. Thanks
Thanks very much that works perfectly I agree I should look into getting workflows modified so they have a timeout of 30 days. Over 100 workflows to modify though so this should do nicely for the time being.
You also need to work on why you have so many old workflows. It would behoove you to determine if there is a common task that they are stuck in. 3 I have seen are reviews never done, conflicts on submit and external tasks failing. 2 best practices I use to prevent this are timeouts on all external tasks and not allow a file in 2 WF at the same time.
