Limiting the download size of the assets --Media bin 4.6.1

I have a requirement where I need to limit the users when they are tyring to download the assets which are of more than 80MB. I have written the code which is perfectly working fine with Media bin 4.5.3. It displays the following output when the assets size exceeding more than 80MB.

Cannot process request

You have requested to download assets exceeding the 80 MB threshold.
Please download a smaller number of assets at a time and resubmit your request.
If all assets are larger than 80 MB then download each asset one at a time (there is no size limit on single assets).

The same piece of code I have added it in the new Download.asp of the Media bin 4.6.1. It is throwing the below error. I have attached the Download.asp file [in Zip format]

Can somebody point me the right alias or provide me how to limit the users when downloading the assets exceeding more than 80MB.

Please post your code. Also on MB 4.6.1 have you enabled the applet download option?

You should probably put some more error checking around the above code to see if it has any children before you do this.

This piece of functiionality was perfectly working fine with the previous version, the same piece of code is not working with the new version 4.6.1. Do we need to do any changes to the new code apart from the changes which I had already made.

Please assist me as this is high priorty for me.

AFAIK that part of the MB API has not changed from your previous version to the current version.

Yes it has child nodes. Does this cause any problem if it has child nodes.

I copied your entire download.asp code into the mb 4.6.1 instance that I have and it works perfectly. My only suggestion would be not to hardcode the 80 MB and use MAX_DOWNLOAD_SIZE instead. It will become re-usable easily.

Even I checked the code. It was working perfectly fine as per our requirement. The problem was due to the missing of the .mbf files which lead to some error while I was downloading the assets.
