Accessing library(Non-Authentication library) via Web Components

I have a Trustee "ABC" who is a part of 2 libraries(Interwoven and ORCL).
Interwoven is the Authentication Library.

ABC is able to access the library Interwoven via the web-components , but how do i enable this trustee to access the other library ORCL via user interface as well? I.e., what setting are required for this?

ORCL should be configured as a remote library with trustees replicated. Then content on ORCL should be updated to grant ABC access to appropriate WorkSpaces. These are the highlevel steps required to have ABC access content on the ORCL library. You'll want to review the Server Administration Guide to properly configure these libraries.
