standard interface workflow

I want two separate groups of workflows. One for standard interface and another for professional interface. Is it possible? If it is, where i can make changes to achieve this.

I do not believe that there is any means to distinguish which GUI is being used during the process of determining which workflows are available. It's an interesting issue though, and you should probably open a feature request with IWOV Support about it.
